	We currently have vacancies for: Senior RF systems engineer Systems engineer with experience of HF/UHF technologies, to develop our own products and solutions, and those of our clients and partners. The ideal applicant will be: educated to degree level (and possibly higher); highly motivated and committed to working to tight deadlines, in a highly driven team; used to developing solutions of the highest standard, with constant attention to detail; and be innovative yet pragmatic in approach and delivery. The ideal candidate will also offer multi-disciplinary skills and experience, and be able to solve problems with academic rigour within commercial constraints. Practical experience of HF and UHF components and systems is a prerequisite; a background in physics/applied engineering would also be helpful. Senior software engineer Senior engineer to lead the development of software to provide optimum performance from RFID readers and associated hardware, both for our own products and solutions, and those of our partners and customers. The ideal applicant will be: educated to degree level (and possibly higher); highly motivated, conscientious and committed to working to tight deadlines, in a highly driven team; used to generating software of the highest standard, with constant attention to detail; and be innovative yet pragmatic in approach and delivery. It is a prerequisite to have significant experience of interfacing with hardware, and proficiency in developing well designed and attractive user interfaces.
